Theodore Reed Campbell appeals the sentence imposed upon him following his plea of guilty and entry of a judgment of conviction for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). By statute, the charge to which Campbell pled guilty carries with it a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years (120 months) of imprisonment. See 21 U.S.C....
