Appellant Ronnie Haynes was convicted of aggravated robbery, sexual abuse, and misdemeanor theft. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to 40 years for the robbery and 10 years for sexual abuse, with the two sentences to run concurrently. A six-month sentence in the Pulaski County Jail for misdemeanor theft was merged into the felony convictions. He appeals on one ground—the trial court's disallowance of the testimony of a defense witness...
