Defendant appeals from the trial court's disposition after he pleaded guilty to one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. ORS 164.135. Defendant and the state waived preparation of a presentence investigation report. The court sentenced defendant to 60 days' incarceration with 12 months' post-prison supervision. Based on evidence from the victim concerning the extent of her damages, the court ordered defendant to pay $9,000...
