This appeal is from a judgment entered in a will contest case which was tried to the court without a jury. Respondents (hereinafter referred to as Plaintiffs) filed suit alleging that the testator, Karl E. Keller, did not have the requisite mental capacity to execute the will in question and that the will was the product of undue influence by Karl's appointed guardian, Patricia Price.
