Appellants Elizabeth S. King and the Winona National and Savings Bank, as personal representatives of the Estate of E.L. King, Jr., appeal a judgment in favor of respondent Frank Mertes, personal representative of the Estate of Patricia Mertes. A jury found that Patricia Mertes and her uncle, E.L.
