Roy Gene Hyten appeals his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).1 Hyten contends that the district court2 erred by refusing to suppress evidence gathered pursuant to a defective warrant. We affirm.
