OPINION

BACA, Justice.

Defendant Ralph Hernandez appeals his conviction on charges of first degree felony murder, aggravated burglary, attempted robbery, and battery. Because Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment for the first degree murder conviction,1 we note jurisdiction under SCRA 1986, 12-102(A)(2) (Repl.Pamp. 1992).
