Defendant was convicted by a jury of indecent exposure and attempted felonious restraint. In accordance with the jury's verdict and sentencing recommendations, the trial court imposed concurrent sentences of one year imprisonment and a $100.00 fine and five years imprisonment and a $150.00 fine, respectively.
