The appellant was convicted in a jury trial of being in actual control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve one year in the Washington County jail, fined $1,000.00, ordered to pay $392.00 in court costs, ordered to comply with the Ozark Guidance Center recommendations and his driver's license was suspended for a period of ninety days.
