Defendant George Clemons, Jr., appeals from the sentence he received following his guilty plea to a single count of conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with the intent to distribute, cocaine and Dilaudid, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. On appeal, the issues are (1) whether the district court's factual findings regarding the quantity of drugs possessed by defendant were clearly erroneous, and (2) whether the district court's denial...
