United Technology and Resources, Inc. ("U.T.R."), plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment of the district court confirming an arbitration award in its favor. The award provided that U.T.R. should recover from defendants, Dar Al Islam and Crescent Leasing & Development Corporation (collectively, "Crescent"), the entire amount of compensatory damages sought by U.T.R. for Crescent's breach of a construction contract, plus costs...
