Over a period of about seventeen months, the respondent1 in this attorney discipline case engaged in a pattern of neglect, misrepresentation, and conversion of client funds, and abandoned his law practice. The victims were eight of the respondent's clients and his former law partner. A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee approved the findings and recommendation of a hearing board that the respondent be disbarred...
