Terri Rossignol appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Smith, J.), affirming the judgment of the District Court (Newport, Mills, J.), on her conditional plea of guilty pursuant to M.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2) to the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor (OUI), 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312-B (Pamph.1992).
