Timothy Dean Has No Horse appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the District of South Dakota, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of aggravated sexual abuse, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c), and sexual abuse of a minor, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2243(a). The district court sentenced appellant to 168 months imprisonment, 3 years supervised release and a special assessment of $100.00. For reversal...
