This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Harrison County, wherein Allstate Insurance Company was granted summary judgment on Brenda Sessoms's allegations of a bad faith breach of contract in handling her claim. This claim was the result of an automobile accident in which Sessoms's vehicle collided with Deanna Bellinger's vehicle after Sessoms swerved to avoid Jessie White's vehicle that pulled out in front of Sessoms.
