Appellant Clarence Gann, an employee of a butane gas distributor, was called to the home of appellees, Charlie and Shirley Parker, to inspect for gas leaks. While there Gann found a leak in the Parker's gas stove. He removed the stove from between some counters and, while attempting to seal the leak, came in contact with an overhead electrical ventilator.
