Ross Dunn, Jo Ann Paddock, and Jim Folsom, in his capacity as Governor of the State of Alabama and ex-officio president of the board of trustees of Alabama State University ("ASU"), appeal from a judgment declaring, inter alia, that Dunn and Paddock were not entitled to serve as trustees of the ASU.
