POLITZ, Chief Judge:

Convicted of criminal contempt under 18 U.S.C. § 401(3) for violating an order of the bankruptcy court, David Oles appeals. We find no error and affirm.

Background

In April 1984, Hipp, Inc. filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Thomas Griffith was appointed trustee. On October 2, 1987 Griffith filed an adversary proceeding against Phoenix Grain, Oles, and Redonda Carter,
