Whitney National Bank appeals an order vacating a default judgment in its favor and against the defendants, Patricia Neal Keyworth; Richard F. Keyworth; DDRS, Inc.; and Investment Properties, Ltd. The issue is whether Whitney's preliminary default was properly obtained. We affirm.
