853 S.W.2d 286 (1993)

42 Ark.App. 28

Clemmie STEWART, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Arkansas, Division I.

May 12, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William R. Simpson, Jr., Public Defender, Don Thompson, Phyllis A. Edward, Deputy Public Defenders, Little Rock, for appellant.

Cathy Derden, Asst. Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.
