Mud Trans is a corporation with its headquarters in Elk City, Oklahoma. Bert Hutson is Mud Trans's principal owner and chief executive officer. Lloyd Trenary was a Certified Public Accountant, and did Mud Trans's accounting work. In 1983 Trenary sold his accounting practice to Foster-Dickenson, an Oklahoma City accounting firm.
