PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Janese Morgan, appeals the district court's refusal to make a downward departure at sentencing. Morgan also urges on appeal that the trial judge abused his discretion in failing to "individualize" her sentence to include alternate forms of incarceration along with regular incarceration.

The government has filed a cross-appeal, claiming the district judge erred in not enhancing defendant's sentence...
