This appeal arises from a negligence action filed by plaintiffs, Lori Rowe and Andrew Serpico, for the wrongful death and personal injuries occurring to decedent and Rowe while on property owned and managed by defendants. A jury in the Du Page circuit court rendered a verdict for defendants. On appeal, plaintiffs argue that the trial court erred (1) by refusing to give plaintiffs' jury instructions on the matter...
