This matter came before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment on the Trustee's complaint seeking recovery of a preferential transfer. Having considered the complaint, the briefs, the arguments of counsel, and otherwise being fully informed and advised, the Court finds the Trustee's motion for summary judgment is well taken, and will be granted, and the Defendant's motion is not well taken...
