On May 7, 1992, a bill of indictment was filed charging the defendant, Gregory Lee Moore, with first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30. The defendant pled not guilty. On November 2, 1992, the charge was amended to accessory after the fact to first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:25 and 14:30. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to the charge as amended. The court ordered a presentence investigation. On January 11, 1993...
