Appellant C.D.F., a juvenile, appeals a trial court judgment finding that he engaged in delinquent conduct by committing murder. In eight points of error, appellant claims: (1) there is no evidence or insufficient evidence to support the judgment; (2) his jury waiver was ineffective; (3) the in-court identification was tainted by an improper photo line-up; (4) it was error to fail to serve him with the grand jury certificate showing...
