This appeal is from a judgment permanently enjoining appellants (defendants) from building on a portion of their land so as to block plaintiffs' view of Table Rock Lake.

The land in question overlooks Table Rock Lake and is part of a larger tract which has been divided into twenty "lots."1 Defendants' tract (Lot 19) consists of approximately 3.6 acres, slopes sharply to the east in the direction of Table Rock Lake...
