Ben Archie Braylock, Jr., and James Ferguson were each convicted of first degree murder and attempted first degree murder in a joint jury trial. The jury was given an aiding and abetting instruction. Each defendant was sentenced to concurrent sentences of life imprisonment and 180 months, respectively, for the two crimes.
