Charles Wilson, appellant, was charged by indictment with the offense of delivery of a controlled substance, to-wit: less than 28 grams of cocaine. Appellant was found guilty by a jury and the jury assessed his punishment at 65 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
