This is a summary judgment appeal. Lois Ann Hennigan sued LP. Petroleum Company, Inc. and GCO Minerals Company, Inc. for intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil conspiracy, "negligent infliction of mental anguish" and sex discrimination under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act.
