The natural parents of A.M.P. each signed a form entitled "Consent to Termination of Parental Rights and Consent to Adoption." Appellants, prospective adoptive parents of A.M.P., seek review of the district court's order allowing the natural father to withdraw his consent. Appellants argue that, absent a finding of fraud, the father's consent to adoption became irrevocable after ten days, or, in the alternative, that the father's consent...
