BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.
Patricia Wallace Jenkins appeals from the trial court's judgment upholding the decision of the Department of Revenue (department) suspending the driver's license of Jenkins. Jenkins asserts on appeal that the trial court erred in suspending her driver's license because the department conducted an administrative hearing without proper statutory authority and, thus, lacked jurisdiction to issue an order.
