Defendant-appellant Diana Lynn Gillespie appeals following her conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp. Defendant contends (1) evidence obtained in a search of her residence should have been suppressed; (2) there was insufficient evidence to support her conviction; (3) she was put in double jeopardy; and (4) she did not have effective representation by trial counsel. We reverse and remand...
