BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This litigation pertains significantly to the expanding concept of victims' rights.

A jury found the appellant guilty of burglary of a habitation. The record was to the effect that the appellant had broken into the front door of his ex-wife's apartment. A confrontation took place between the appellant and the male friend of the exwife. The appellant bit off or partially bit off a portion of the nose of the male friend...
