This is an appeal by Jesus Vento from a trial court order which summarily denied his motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.

Appellant was convicted of attempted second degree murder and sentenced to fifteen years in prison with a mandatory minimum of three years. He raised some five points on direct appeal: (1) whether the jury instruction on reasonable doubt violated due process or was erroneous...
