Appellant, Linda Sewell, Individually and on behalf of the Estate of Elizabeth Sue Sorrells, Deceased, appeals from a partial summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, John J. Adams, M.D. Appellant filed a medical malpractice suit against appellee and the hospital where her mother, Mrs. Sorrells, was treated before her death. After summary judgment was granted for the doctor, the judgment was made final by a severance order...
