The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility brought a petition containing several counts of professional misconduct against respondent. The Director alleges that respondent misappropriated client funds, commingled personal and client funds, failed to maintain proper books and records, falsely certified to this court that he did keep proper books and records, represented a client even though he was aware of a conflict...
