In this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Plaintiff-Appellant Lloyd B. Smith appeals the district court's dismissal of his complaint as frivolous, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d), and that court's revocation of his in forma pauperis status.
