Larry Ramsey appeals from an adverse summary judgment rendered in Harold Criswell's suit against him for breach of a construction contract and to foreclose a mechanic's lien. Ramsey contends that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to withdraw deemed admissions that formed the basis of the summary judgment against him.
