Petitioner General Dynamics Corporation ("General Dynamics") brings these petitions to review decisions and orders of the Benefits Review Board of the United States Department of Labor (the "Board") issued March 25 and March 27, 1992 that awarded compensation benefits to claimants Walter G. Blanchette and Warren D. Wilcox pursuant to the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act ("LHWCA"), 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950 (1988).
