This appeal is the latest of a series of appeals generated from the attempted exercise of an option to purchase property in a lease. After the courts finished the trilogy of cases, the appellee was entitled to specific performance of the option at the property's fair market value, which the court determined to be $1.6 million, and not the $200,000.00 listed in the option.
