In trial cause no. 90-08-00831-CR appellant, Charles Lynn Robbins, was convicted of the offense of kidnapping and was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In trial cause no. 90-08-00832-CR appellant was convicted of the offense of aggravated sexual assault and was sentenced to 75 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department...
