This is a declaratory-judgment action concerning an insurer's duty to defend an insured. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Commonwealth Lloyd's Insurance Company (Commonwealth) and United States Fire Insurance Company (U.S. Fire),1 finding that they had no duty to defend Cullen/Frost Bank of Dallas (Bank).
