We review by certiorari a decision of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals reversing an award of benefits pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 176.101, subd. 3j (1992). We reverse.

Annette L. O'Mara sustained a compensable low back injury on May 26, 1987 while employed by the University of Minnesota as a laundry worker. O'Mara made an unsuccessful attempt to return to work in the employer's laundry...
