Defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to a prison term of 4 to 8 years upon his conviction of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and to a consecutive prison term of 1½ to 3 years upon his conviction of the crime of bail jumping in the second degree. Defendant contends on this appeal that the sentences imposed were harsh and excessive. We disagree. Defendant was allowed to enter a guilty plea to criminal possession...
