PER CURIAM.

Appellant, John Dima, pled nolo contendere to one count of carrying a concealed firearm, reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to dismiss. Dima was charged after a dispute arose in the Coral Square Mall and the police were called to the scene. Officer Alan Brodsky was advised that a firearm was possibly involved in the skirmish, and he approached Dima asking him what was contained in the twelve inch (12") by nine inch (9") zippered leather...
