STATON, Judge.

James O. Hendrix, II ("Hendrix") appeals his convictions on two counts of intimidation, Class D felonies.1 Hendrix presents two issues for our review.

I. Whether the State produced sufficient evidence. II. Whether the trial court properly applied Hendrix' cash bail to the cost of his appeal.

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
