OPINION

WILKINSON, Circuit Judge:

Clift C. Lane appeals the district court's dismissal of his appeal of a final bankruptcy decree. This appeal is the latest in a long line of actions in which Lane has alleged some type of fraud or improper conduct in the bankruptcy sale of a poultry operation he once owned.
