Michael Watson ("Watson") appeals from an order and decree for permanent injunction which: (1) permanently ordered, restrained and enjoined Watson from depositing any solid waste on his property; (2) ordered him to remove all solid waste from said real estate; and (3) ordered him to pay a penalty to the "Jefferson County Treasurer as Trustee for the Jefferson County School Fund" for each day he remains in violation of the order.
