McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge:

Defendants Alan Harwood and Frederick McKee were convicted following a jury trial for possession and conspiracy to possess lysergic acid diethylamide ("LSD") with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1988). McKee was also convicted of distributing LSD, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Harwood was sentenced to 188 months' and McKee to twenty years' imprisonment. Judgments of conviction...
